About  the Department

Our Center for Cardio Thoracic Surgical has performed over 13,000 open heart surgeries. We also conduct research and training of health care professionals. Our doctors, nurses and paramedical staff are committed to community service and frequently volunteer at school health camps.

The center is one of the only ones that treats Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular problems in adults & paediatric cardiac patients with general thoracic issues and vascular diseases.

We perform both complex and minimally invasive procedures. We cater to all elective and emergency patients, including trauma patients, 24×7. The Center performs around 100 open heart surgeries per month.
