About the Department
The Department of Plastic Surgery at Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre provides specialized services to patients who need either reconstructive or cosmetic procedural surgery. Our surgeons restore function and form in skin, face, hands, limbs, breast, trunk, and outer genitalia, which also includes aesthetic improvement for those seeking cosmetic improvement.
Since we started in 1996, our department has become a Center of Excellence, offering top-notch, compassionate care. Our full range of services include:
We have more than 2,500 patients every year, receiving successful treatment for multiple complexities from India and beyond. Every patient is treated individually according to his/her medical history and personal background. Everything we do is supported by compassion, precision, and knowledge.
Beyond patient care, our department is also deeply involved in teaching future doctors, conducting important research, and reaching out to the community. We partner globally and nationally with experts to keep plastic surgery moving forward.
